Contract Development for Industry
This page describes proposed contract development that may be of interest to industry.
Programmers familiar with the programming of the Microsoft Speech application programming interface (SAPI) using Microsoft Visual C++ language 6.0 are invited to contact johnwg@iscando.com for possible short term contract assignment. Familiarity with the interfacing of MSVC to Visual Prolog is an advantage. Long term incentives may be offered to the right person.
1: A natural language interface to speech recognition systems. Using Clem's knowledge of language by using the sentence images, the system can select the words with the highest probability of success from a list of possibilities as indicated by the speech recognition system. This will improve the overall success of the speech recognition system.
2: A natural language interface to a vision system can improve the speed and accuracy of programming a vision system. Also the programmer will not need to use a programming language like C++ during the training process making it more user friendly for field training of mobile vision systems.
3: A natural language interface using a rule and fact based program control for mobile robots. This already exists. This is ROSE. Robot Operating System Executive.
